  Food was good. I was set near the kitchen where I could see a lot of what was going on. Kitchen/prep area floor was quite disgusting. My wife and I were both servers and know the craziness that happens during peak times. Men's bathroom stand up Jon should have a divider. That should be mandatory everywhere. You never know what or who you urinating beside. Enjoyed ourselves otherwise. I had a pick two fajita with prime rib and shrimp. Really tasty.

  Culpeper is country... and on Monday and Tuesday nights, nothing is open downtown. So --- since Chili's was open Monday, we decided to give it a try.
  
  Yes it is a chain, but this location just seemed a bit more personal than others. Very good service. Excellent food. Nice atmosphere and location.
  
  We had a very nice time here and do plan to return.

  I love Chili's. Once or twice the service has suffered, especially at the bar. The food is frickin fantastic though.

  I ordered a turkey burger but was given a regular burger which wasnt cooked all the way through, so much pink was showing, we had to send it back. The server was awesome but the food wasn't so good this time. I've been there before and never had this happen, must have been a new cook. Definitely not a good night of eating for me.
