  I see that the reviews are consistently positive which is why I am baffled at the experience my family and I received today. I placed a carry out order with a young lady that was very pleasant and helpful. I remembered I had purchased coupons from the local high school and called back to make sure it was valid. The young man that answered the phone was not helpful at all and actually frustrating. His tone implied the coupon was fake because he had no knowledge of it. When we went to pick up the food more than 30 min later, it was not ready and still had to wait 12 min for 1/4 of our order. The manager applied the discount but had no condolence or concern that his employee was rude. We eat at this place 3 times a month and spend at least $80 each time. This will be the last. Extremely disappointed with the service.

  Decided to finally try for the first time last night. My fiancé and I dined in, the restaurant was not over crowded, it was fairly quiet, and cozy. We were steated right away, and our server was extremely helpful and attentive. We got our drinks within 30 seconds and placed an order for an appetizer. The appetizer took a few moments but when it came it was delicious, (the bacon cheese fries w/mozerella, highly reccomend) we then ordered a pizza, half meat lovers and half house special, unless you REALLY LIKE LOTS OF CRUNCHY ONION AND BLACK OLIVE, I would ask if they could use the toppings lightly, pizza was still delicious and with great service too, we will absolutely be returning!
