  1st time Saturday, loved the superb flavors of entrees that we went back Sunday. Started with the duck wontons, they can stand on there own in taste and how it was prepaired but when you add the sauce it was served with, this appetizer is worth coming back just for the Wontons....btw, we purchased a pint to go of the sauce to take home...... awesome on cooked spinach with bacon!!!!!!! For our entrées, we ordered the Sea Bass and Beef Tenderloin. I do not have to go out on a limb to say they were the best I ever had! As a person to eat at restaurants all over the US, have no reservation suggesting it was the Best Ever. During our last participation of Restaurant Week in Washington DC, our previous favorite was Founding Farmers but this place gets the HOME RUN!!!!. The Sea Bass was cooked to perfection and offered a flavor for those savory palettes that in my opinion is the Best Sea Bass Ever. It was flaky and served at the right temperature. The vegetables served with it, along with the presentation, were a perfect match. The Beef Tenderloin was the 2nd entrée, was also SUPERB!!!!!, cooked a perfect medium rare with again flavors out of this world, was paired perfectly. Presentation on a large plate with just the right portion made this entrée exceeding the best anywhere. The pricing was fair and not pushing the pocket book with us wanting to tip more than our usual 20%. We give this place 6 stars if they were available. Do yourself a favor and stop by for a bite......I know it will become your favorite after the 1st seating. Foti's is a gem in Culpeper!!!!!!.
